He was arrested on a sexual abuse case earlier this year.

2. El Chapo's lawyers asked for a new trial, Witness claims drug committed statutory rape.

3. Empire actor Jussie Smollett lawyers dismissed a false charged case on him. His brothers were arrested for the same offense.
